After placing an order, the key question is what happens next. StudentX Digital separates payment review from fulfillment so that a receipt submission cannot automatically unlock access.
Step 1: Sign in to the account used at checkout
Use the same account that created the order. Open My Account, choose your orders, and select the order you want to review. An order reference helps support locate the issue, but it is not a password or proof of identity.
The account area is designed to show the saved order snapshot, selected plan, amount, payment state and fulfillment progress.
Step 2: Check the payment instructions and submit evidence
Follow only the payment method and receiving details shown on the actual order page. If payment options have not been enabled, do not send money to a bank account found in an unrelated message or social post.
After completing a legitimate transfer, enter the transaction reference and provide the receipt or screenshot through the order workflow when available. Ensure the reference and amount match the payment you made. Never upload your banking password, card PIN or authentication codes.
Step 3: Understand pending payment verification
Payment submitted for review means that staff have a transaction reference to check. It does not mean the receiving bank, wallet or payment service has already confirmed the funds.
Staff should independently compare the transaction reference, amount and actual receiving-account ledger. If the transfer cannot be matched, they may request clarification. A duplicate submission should not trigger a second payment unless staff confirms it is required.
Step 4: Wait for authorized fulfillment
After payment is approved, staff still need to verify plan eligibility and complete the delivery workflow. Digital access, a coupon or setup instructions should be released only when the order is entitled to receive them.
The fulfillment status may remain processing while activation is arranged. Delivery timing depends on the specific listing and supplier; any deadline should come from the confirmed listing rather than a general promise.
Step 5: Find delivery details and get help
Once the service is actually delivered, sign in and open My Account, then Activations & deliveries. Private credentials and allocated redemption codes should never appear on a publicly accessible product page.
If the order appears stuck, create a support ticket linked to that order. Include the order reference, what the page currently says, the time you paid and the nature of the problem. Avoid sharing third-party passwords or authentication codes in a message.
If your transfer was sent but is still pending
First compare the receipt amount, date, receiving account and reference with your order. Bank processing delays and mismatched references can make reconciliation take longer. Contact support through the order page rather than submitting multiple payments.
Do not interpret a WhatsApp message claiming instant approval as confirmation unless the status in your authenticated order is consistent with the verified workflow.
